Placing Orders

ONLINE:  Just add your items into your shopping cart and choose your payment option.  If you require assistance please refer to our CONTACT page for detailed information.

PHONE:  When in doubt...just give us a ring at (917) 309-4475 and we will help you choose the perfect item for the perfect recipient or we will simply help you complete your order over the phone.

FAX:  Just print your order and include your credit card information, signature, telephone number and an e-mail address where we can reach you in case we have any questions and fax it to (646) 619-4539.

Return/Exchange Policy

We will gladly refund your money on most unused items within 14 days of purchase.  All returned/exchanged items must be kept in their original condition and packaging.   Sorry, but furniture, drop-ship items, items discounted for final sale, personalized items and custom orders are non-returnable.   Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Shipping

Most orders are shipped via ground service and will arrive within 5-10 days of receipt of your order.  In case there are any delays or backordered items in your order we will notify you via e-mail.  Custom orders including furniture, art, bedding and personalized items may take between 4-8 weeks.  Shipping and handling costs are calculated at checkout.  Oversized items may require a surcharge and will be indicated on the item description.

RUSH ORDERS:  We can process your order in a rush and provide fast delivery.  Please call for options and rates.

RUSH MESSENGER SERVICE FOR CONCIERGE NYC:  If you require same day delivery within New York City we will gladly arrange for a messenger to hand deliver your order.  Please call for rates.
